Under the Image Options label, select Extended Windows 11 in installation (no TPM / no Secure Boot).

Rufus will populate the rest of the settings, which you have to change according to your system of choice. Navigate to the downloaded Windows 11 ISO file, and select it.

Rufus will automatically detect the USB drive, but in case it doesn’t, or if you see a different drive selected, click on the dropdown menu under the Device label, and select your USB drive.

Once the ISO download is complete, connect the USB drive to your computer, and start Rufus.

However, some other requirements, like having a 64-bit CPU, cannot be bypassed. The method can bypass some security checks, and it will even let you install Windows 11 without TPM.
